George Elliott
 

Second son of George and Florence Elliott of Scarcliffe

Born - 19th February 1914
Died - 9th January 2006.

A keen footballer and cricketer in his youth, he also played cricket for Shirebrook Colliery, Langwith and the Derbyshire second eleven. George also played football for Bolsover Colliery and was on the books for Chesterfield Football Club.
